Provider Synergies provides Preferred Drug List (PDL) and Supplemental Rebate services for the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare's Medical Assistance (MA) Program. In this role, Provider Synergies negotiates and contracts Supplemental Rebate Agreements with pharmaceutical manufacturers, provides Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) Committee support and clinical and financial review of drugs in PDL classes.
Pennsylvania is a participant in the TOP$ multistate pharmaceutical purchasing pool managed by Provider Synergies.

P&T Meeting Public Testimony Request Form
The Public Testimony Registration Form must be submitted to request a time slot for public testimony at the P&T meetings. Please review the Testimony Procedures.
Participation in the Supplemental Rebate Process for Pennsylvania Medicaid
Each participating manufacturer is required to designate two individuals to serve as the points of contact between Provider Synergies and the manufacturer. These contacts are to be submitted to Provider Synergies on the Manufacturer Contact Form.
The Offer Form provides the mechanism for manufacturers to submit Supplemental Rebate offers for drugs being reviewed for the PDL program.
