Connecticut SPAP

EDS, the state's fiscal agent, has partnered with Provider Synergies, L.L.C., to manage the PDL and total rebate contracting processes for qualified Connecticut state pharmacy assistance programs (SPAP).

This includes currently: ConnPACE (Connecticut Pharmacy Assistance Contract to the Elderly and Disabled), and SAGA (State Administered General Assistance).
